Pascal brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across hotels, ski resorts, and private golf clubs. Before joining Courtyard, Pascal spent six years leading Nordic Valley Ski Resort, where he helped drive growth in visitation, revenue, and profitability while overseeing more than $6 million in capital improvements. His career offers a firsthand look at the connection between hospitality, operations, recreation, and destination development.
Taylor Beckman – Studio Manager at Camp4 Collective
Trevor works at the intersection of creativity and organization, helping filmmakers, photographers, editors, and brands bring ambitious ideas to life. His work involves building systems, solving problems, collaborating across creative teams, and creating the conditions for great work to happen. Taylor offers a different perspective on how storytelling, creativity, and thoughtful execution can shape memorable experiences.
LaChell Talley – Hotel Manager at Waldorf Astoria Park City
LaChell brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience across luxury spa, wellness, and retail operations. As a member of the hotel’s Executive Committee, she oversees the lodging of the Waldorf Astoria while guiding operations, financial performance, and team development. Her leadership at Waldorf Astoria Park City helped the spa achieve Forbes Four-Star Spa designation.

Come curious, ask questions, build connections, and discover career paths and experiences both within and beyond the hospitality industry.
